This project has been established to create an open source R package (TrelloR_DevOps) that can be used to extend the existing TrelloR package functionality. The package aims to provide the functionality needed to apply DevOps monitoring and reporting methods on Trello Workflow data. More information on this package is coming soon!

The underlying technology stack for this solution includes an R programming language front-end / application layer, and a Shiny.IO cloud hosted infrastructure layer which can be accessed HERE.

Assisted to setup the Universities Award Winning Automation & Innovation Hub (AI Hub) Team. Key focus points included leading the Operational Arm of the Team, leading technical QA of RPA processes, leading technical components of RPA Production Environment infrastructure, implementing ITIL / DevOps methods within the Universities RPA lifecycle methodology.
Worked with a NSW Power & Utilities company to develop several RPA solutions and optimise the initial Proof of Concept (PoC) Production Environment setup. Focus points during this engagement included development of several RPA processes, assisting with quality assurance checks on RPA processes created by other developers, re-configuration of the RPA Production Environment Infrastructure, and providing technical support (Incident Resolution / Enhancements) for RPA processes running in Production.
Worked with a Queensland based Bank to develop an RPA solution for a complex and large internal business process. Focus points during this engagement included RPA process development, collaborating with multiple RPA developers on one complex process build using agile methods (Epics, User Stories, Scrums, Retrospectives, Sprint Planning etc), and leading the overall documentation of the final RPA process solution (Business Rules, How to Handle Exceptions etc).
