The Run Function

The Run Function within an RPA Team primarily focus on (1) quality assurance of processes; (2) operations of processes; (3) developing internal solutions to improve quality and operations of processes. All work done by members of the Run Team are focused around these 3 pillars. The management practices that support these pillars fall into 4 distinct categories which are described in the preceeding chapters:
